VSee Clinic Mobile 1.14 - Patients Can Now Search for Waiting Rooms. We have added a new feature so patients can instantly search for your waiting room(s) from the VSee Clinic mobile app. This feature is turned off by default but if you (provider or clinic admin) would like to enable.
- VSee support staff hours are from 6AM-6PM PT (Mon-Fri). To see your provider online, you need to install VSee, a video application.

1. Access the calendar.
- For providers, click Calendar on your provider dashboard.
- For clinic admins assisting the provider, go to Admin panel > Schedule.
2. The calendar can be displayed in month, week or day view. Select your preferred appointment date.
3. Click Schedule Appointment.
4. On the New Appointment window, select and check if all the details such as visit options, date and time are correct.
- If you belong to multiple rooms, make sure you choose the correct room.
- If you are a clinic staff or admin, make sure you assigned the correct provider.
5. Search and select a patient account from the list by clicking on it.
If not found, create one by clicking on New Patient. You need at least the patient's first name, last name and email address.
Click Continue.
6. Check the appointment details and click Confirm.
7. Both the patient and provider will receive an email and/or SMS (if enabled) regarding the confirmed appointment.

LOGGING IN AS PROVIDER FOR THE FIRST TIME
Welcome to VSee Clinic!
Make sure your account or clinic has been successfully created prior to your first login. You should have received an email with subject Welcome to [Name of Clinic]. If not, please inform your internal clinic admin or contact VSee Support at help@vsee.com.
Click on Set Password Now in the email to create your password. Some password rules may apply.
After setting your password, you will be directed to your clinic dashboard. You can now start inviting your patients.
LOGGING IN FROM YOUR CLINIC MAIN PAGE
1. On your web or mobile browser, go to your custom clinic web address. Click For Providers to log in.
2. Sign in with your VSee email address and password.
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password?
3. Please check your inbox including the spam folder for the password reset email.
